How can I get Ringtones in my Nokia phone?

Hi all I just found out about ringtones and would like to download or whatever the notes as my ringer. Does anyone know how to do this or a site with instructions on how to do this?

1. I haven't had a Nokia in a long time, but . . .

I think there's a ringtone composesr built in. . . you'd simply go to that menu, it gives you aa blank screen like you'd use for a text message, but you type in your code using the keypad. . . OR . . . if you can get it sent to you as an SMS message, I believe that also works.
