On edit: Oh, drat! Never mind. I CANNOT deal with this stupid, stupid, stupid 56k modem!!! (I've NEVER had dialup; always had high speed, but I moved to an area that doesn't offer high speed.....)

2. I have to find my old pics...

...and have my new ones developed at Walgreens...Gomez has been ill lately, he suffered some sort of bite (raccoon maybe he's a big strong fast cat! and I don't see any other cat doing this to him!) to the forehead that I did not know about until it got infected! The vet took care of it, all it cost was a mere $150! So I guess I won't be going to the coast this weekend after all...
He does not sit still for photos, this is only one I've upped of him so far...


My other cat , Felix is doing just fine! He is no longer fat, I took this one last summer...he's 14!!!

3. Didn't you see the posts about my new little girl?

This is Althea:



She was scared as hell the first night in the house (Monday), but last night, she wanted nothing more than to be with me and snuggle. I felt guilty leaving her this morning because I'm still keeping her and Quinn separated, but she wanted to come out and explore soooooo bad, she was trying to dig a hole in the bathroom door :). Poor girl. I'll let her out for a long time tonight to explore to make up for it.
