Question about the White House and the God costume(s)

So, who in the White House is putting on the God costume, sneaking into the President's bedroom, tenderly nudging him out of deep REM sleep and telling him what to do?

Or do they take turns putting on the God costume. Wouldn't all that spit in Wolfowitz' hair get the top of the God costume wet so that when Cheney's turn came to put on the God costume, he would feel Wolfowitz's spit on the top of his head?

This makes me think that maybe they each have their own God costumes, because nobody would want to wear the God costume after Wolfowitz' turn.
