3. When John was doing flips in church
was that a stunt man, or was it actually him?

4. I would assume a stuntman
It took them a whole day to film the scene at the gas station when the left. John was doing tons of coke throughout most of the movie-at least that is what Woodward wrote in "Wired" an excruciateingly detail account of Belushi's life, especially the last year.

11. I'm talking about the movie "Wired"
heh -- watched Blues Brothers last night.

It was still in my head -- that's why I started this thread.

That chase scene in the mall? PRICELESS!!!!

Carrie Fisher as the cast aside lover? ROFLMAO!!!!!

Jake Blues: I ran out of gas. I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake! A terrible flood! Locusts! It wasn't my fault, I swear to god!

8. No, it was Belushi!
Gymnastics were part of his schtick. He was amazingly athletic and coordinated for such a big man.

10. Well he did used to do a summersault on SNL
when they did the Blues Brothers.

But I always assumed that it was a stunt man mostly for insurance reasons.

12. We used to recite this before hitting the clubs in Germany:
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.
