I'm Pissed
A while back my City Council (Appleton, WI) did the most wonderful thing ever. They Punished a Major cooperation (Federal Signal) that closed one of its companies in a neighboring city (Oshkosh, WI). My step-father is one who lost his job. The City Council passed a resolution that boycotted all future purchases from that company. It was a banner day for the victims of outsourcing. Now somehow through the magic of back door politics this "LAW" is back into the finance committee. Them assholes, So I am one my way to city hall to raise some hell, Wish me luck!!

2. Update
As it turns out since 1 member of the finance committee was not present for the vote in Common Council, by rule he can call it back to committee. This guy is a asshole to begin with. So last night 2 members of the finance committee were not present so the purposely was held over till the next finance committee meeting in two weeks. So it will be back then. The finance committee has 3 Dem's on it including my councilmen so I don't expect to have any problems getting this back through committee and back before the council.
