Last night I was felling pretty bad...I had no place to stay when I got back to school, my car was on the brink and I had no leads on getting a new one.
But what a difference 24 hours makes. I just talked to a friend that had the same problem with res life, and now she has a place to stay (and she told me how to possibly rectify my own situation) and then I talked to another friend who just told me that her parents were selling one of their cars for a really cheap price. It's a 96 Intrepid with about 80,000 miles for 1500 dollars. It's in good shape and they are looking to get rid of it ASAP!
As of right now, none of my possible good fortunes have come true yet, but things are looking alot better than they were 24 hours ago. Just think some happy thoughts for me, and hopefully in another 24 hours all my problems will be solved!
On edit: I did manage to step on a slug outside while on the phone with that friend, but if everything works out, I won't care about that yucky mess on my foot
