Edited on Wed Aug-11-04 11:28 PM by Bogus W Potus
I shuffled mine an hour or so ago, but here's the first 5 songs on mine:

The Who - Who are you
Neil Young - Cinnamon Girl
Rush - New World Man
Shinedown - 45
Cars - Shake it up.

I like a wide variety of music, as you can probably tell.

Ok, your turn. :)

5. Thanks
I admit it is pretty clever. :)

I was looking at some of Whitman's work just last Saturday. It was rainy so I curled up on the sofa with my copy of Walt Whitman: the complete poems. I read "song of myself" over and over again. It's such a great poem.

I celebrate myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.

I loafe and invite my soul,
I lean and loafe at my ease observing a spear of summer grass.

My tongue, every atom of my blood, formed from this soil, this air,
Born here of parents born here from parents the same, and their parents
the same,
I, now thirty seven years old in perfect health begin,
Hoping to cease not till death.

Creeds and schools in abeyance,
Retiring back a while sufficed at what they are, but never forgotten,
I harbor for good or bad, I permit to speak at every hazard,
Nature without check with original energy.

7. My favorite stanza of the Song of Myself:
Writing and talk do not prove me
I know perfectly well my own egotism
And my omniverous words, and cannot say any less
And would fetch you, whoever you are
Flush with myself.
