My instincts tell me.... no proof
That 'ole Dubya, Senator Bensons son, and those unnamed Dallas Cowboys who were in the champaign squadron of the Texas Air National Guard.... none of them ever qualified to fly solo, had about as much aptitude for flying a jet as the 19 Saudie's, and were allowed to skate.
Then there were those like Roger Staubach, who before joining the Cowboys, served a full tour in Vietnam. He was in charge of the fuel depot in Danang at the Navy/Marine Fleet Support Logistical Group, and "personal effects". That would be the shipment home of the personal effects of the dead.

His fullback, also an all american at Navy, I believe his name to be Donnely, served as a company commander in a Seabee battalion.
