1. All I can think of is the scene in "Casino"...
...where Don Rickles fakes a mechanical fault on the casino's jet so they can trick the Japanese tycoon into gambling some more...

I wonder how much Bush lost on this junket...

"Hmmm, put the NEA budget on Black 11. Damn. Okay, put the School Lunch Program on Red 16. Damn. Alright, Veterans' Benefits on Black 5. Damn."
