8. a humble nature opens more doors than a battering ram
I try to keep things nice and happy. I like the old-school beat cop method, you know, walk around, get to know everyone, be nice. It's amazing how nice people are and can be when you treat them well.

Thanks for the compliment. I am even more humbled now.
