Finally, after 20 years of on and off college, I graduate tomorrow
with my accounting degree.

I'm not walking though...Those crazy people expect us to be there at 7:30 am!! HA!! I do not think so.

To all the high schoolers and college students out there...FINISH WAHT YOU START!!! I regret it all the time that I decided I had "better" things to do than stay in college.

also, anyone intersted in sending me cash as a present is more than welcome.

14. I actually work in an accounting firm right now.
Until now I have been doing the same work as accountants but getting paid less.

It doen't matter how long it takes, all that matters is that you kept at it until you got your degree.

I was on the 6 year plan myself.

6. You should walk . . . no matter the time.

I too took 20 years for a ba.

A good friend told me I should walk even though my family wouldn't be there.

Best move I ever made.

I worked too hard. You have, too.

Go walk.

And a huge CONGRATULATIONS on a job well (and finally :toast: ) done.

I was also on the 20 year plan and finally got my BA at 41 years old. That was 5 years ago and to this day, it's my proudest accomplishment. YOU SHOULD BE SOOOO PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

15. Congratulations!
That's awesome you're graduating after twenty years. I know it can be tough managing time and whatnot to go back to school after a hiatus.

What's cool is I'm actually graduating tomorrow (in a morning graduation at that), too. I'm actually a little stressed about it myself 'cause I'm having some trouble deciding what to do next, but it'll be good to have the degree. (I'm a history/political science major.)
