Any one out there ever use the Thermacare heat wraps?
I have used them dozens of time when I have cramps.
Today I had one on & it really started hurting. I went into the bathroom to take it off & it had burned me. I actually have two blisters each about the size of penny. ouch!

1. you're supposed to wear them over fabric
Especially the big ones. Take a cool bath, that will help with the cramps and the blisters. Hope you feel better

2. It's weird because it has never happened before.
They have never even felt all that hot before.
