If you've been following the Plame Indictment Threads in GD (All 18+ of them) you can see that someone is caching them so they can be downloaded in word format- easier for people to read, especially when they're on dial-up. I can't remember the name of the guy who's doing it, but if you look at the beginning of the threads it explains it.
