OMG! A bomb scare!

There was a bomb scare in the office building across the street! Of course, like fools, we all gathered at the windows to gawk, fully aware what would happen if a real bomb had gone off. We watched the policeman in the space suit kneel and look at a little case--only to find it was empty. Someone must have dropped it and someone else must have seen it and called it in.
