Help! I have a refrigerator problem!
Does anybody else get black mold in the rubber strips on their refrigerator doors??? I had the problem when I lived in MA and now it's followed me to NH...ywo different refrigerators! Other people's refrigerators that I see don't seem to have the problem. Any ideas or am I just a piss-poor housekeeper (don't answer that!)?

1. I get it too - and I scrub those strips at least once a month
I'll bookmark this for better ideas than my Clorox Kitchen Wipes

2. You can wipe it off
with a light solution clorox and water. I get it too. I just be sure to wipe down the fridge doors on a regular basis.

4. I think Magnetism draws the mold
Spreading the magnetic field over a larger area of the fridge keeps the mold off the sealing strips.
The unfortunate consequence being airborne navigation problems caused by the magnetic disturbance of the refrigerator.

Just kiddin', but it works for me.
Actually, I haven't seen any mold ...or ANYTHING else on my fridge in quite a while

12. Clorox and a toothbrush.
It's a common household mold which growns in the condensation that occurs every time you open the 'fridge, letting the cold air inside mix with the warm air outside.

No biggie.
