Favorite early films of successful actors and actresses.
What is a film by a big name/successful actor or actress, early in their career, that you really liked?

Yesterday, on the Sundance Channel, I saw "The Sum of Us", an early film of Russell Crowe's. He plays a gay man in this marvelous film and his relationship with his father, played by the terrific Jack Thompson. I adore this film...the chemistry between father and son, and the humanness of it. If that makes sense. :-)
