What's the worst Air America Radio ad?
I consider myself to be a pretty romantic guy -- I really enjoyed When Harry Met Sally... and Sleepless In Seattle and When A Man Loves A Woman and Joe Versus the Volcano. Well, okay, maybe it was just Meg Ryan.

But I have to turn the volume down when the e-harmony.com ad comes on. That woman's voice is sappier than a Vermont forest.

2. 'Worst' Implies that there is a 'Best'...
and they all suck. not as bad as the commercials during the old Mike Malloy show where they would repeat the same one for some PET show 5 times in a row...oy, shoot me now

3. True...
Although I should also add that we should support these companies whenever possible, no matter how we feel about their ads. That'll make AAR more financially stable, and make buying ad time more appealing to bigger companies who can afford better advertising executives.

5. It's this anti-marijuana ad ...
It's the one that goes "There is no scientific evidence that use of marijuana necessarily leads to use of any other drug. Feel better? Well, here's a reality check..."

This ad uses COMPLETELY fallacious and bogus reasoning and I started a thread complaining about it back in May. Here's a link to that thread:

9. Amnesty International - Corta Slim - Super Cuts
Edited on Mon Aug-16-04 09:40 PM by Kire
I wrote this in the AAR Yahoo! group in June and everybody jumped on me as if I were trying to bring the radio station down, how dare I question the commercials that are bought and paid for and keep AAR on the air?
