If he were someone who never had political inclinations then I don't have any problem with his sentiments. But again, he was right there front and center discussing politics all over the TV in '96. He was an MTV convention reporter (Ted Nugent was the repub one) and was on Politically Incorrect a few times throwing barbs at repubs and Dole in particular. So it's not like he's never been political. Weird.
