I stand 6' 5" inches, so my dogs can't be any smaller. The hard part is that they're narrow (B width), so that cuts down the choices significantly when trying to buy some decent shoes.

my husband wears a man size 7 shoe. He is 5'6" so huge feet would look funny on him.

As for that myth, in his case, just a myth. Can you believe when I first noticed his small feet, I actually WORRIED about other things, I so bought into that myth??? My worries were soon put to rest.
