For some reason, the rocket launcher was better in GTA 3. I loved using it in that game, hated using it in Vice City.

If people would just stand there and take it, it would be fine. But NOOOO, they have to come running at you like some hero or something.

Actually, I prefer the attack chopper to all of them. Strafing the golfers or beach goers is always fun.

6. Rocket Launcher.
If you know where to find it without triggering a massacre, it comes in very handy in a number of otherwise frustrating missions. Particularly that one where you have to kill the guy on the billboard, then the guys in the armored truck, then a few more in a limited amount of time.

7. if you have plenty of room
the rocket launcher if great...1 shot brings down the police choppers. You can get rid of the FBI SUVs, the halftracks, the miami-vice detectives with one shot.

crusing the streets of vice city in a tank, infinite ammo, that's fun as long as you don't get stopped too long...
