Homemade pizza! Yaaaaaaayyyyyyyy!
At work one of the guys was selling Joe Corbi's fundraising pizza kits. I got a couple, and they're actually pretty good. Great sauce and cheese mix...So tonight I am making a huge garbage pie:
Onion
Green Pepper
Portobello mushroom
Italian sausage
Ground beef
Smoked oysters
Shrimp
Yumyumyum!

8. When I make homemade pizza I always make more than one.
Mrs bearfan wants green pepper, onion, and hamburger. I like spinach, mushroom and black olive. Of course I sample hers too. I use frozen bread dough. You let it sit out for several hours with Saran wrap over it and it rises. Roll it out with a rolling pin on some flour. I use diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Extra, extra, extra cheese too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
