Well, I am worried about my financial aid stuff. About 3 weeks ago I made an addendum to my financial aid so I could get more money. It is probably too soon to know on that. But today, I got a letter saying that they are raising the tuition by 21% because of budget issues. TABOR and Amendment 23. I am also worried about buying books. I hope I get through this.
1. Man. I hear you, albeit on a much smaller scale. My daughter goes to
a private high school. Or will be starting this fall. We've been paying tuition since May, but tonight we got socked with the "extras" bill at orientation for new parents. This bill can range anywhere between $500-800! And that's a semester.
I hope it works out for you. I'll be thinking of you.
I remember applying JUST for tuition help - about $1,400. The person told me I couldn't just apply for that. So, I had to get $5,000. Most of which I drank away....
