The McWilliams are friends of José's. Mr McWilliams is from the deep south and is a barbecue caterer here up north. He uses the best smoke pits and racks and open pits and catfish fryers!! About 75 people show - an old-school black southern family reunion in CT where every friend and relative and friend of a friend comes. Its right on the Connecticut river with great music and SLOW COOKED BBQ!!! He starts on Thursday and the party is on Saturday!
If I don't show up Monday - you know I've died and gone to Heaven!
