Especially with Politics and his own line of tequila. Not to mention that Van Halen was not as good with him. "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge" came closest to their former glory with Roth but still. But this album transcends all that. It is a forgotten gem of a great time for rock music and should not be ignored. This album makes me feel alive. Whenever I listen to it, I feel alive. It is incredible.
For my money, that IS the first Heavy Metal album ever. Just awesome from start to finish--true wild-sex-in-the-back-of-the-Chevelle music. Try it sometime.
