Someone set up a charter skool in a hotel here. They forgot to tell the parents who enrolled their little darlings that this hotel hosted Fayetteville's Biggest Crack Refinery. The cops raided it. Someone else restarted the operation. The cops raided it again. This happened SIX TIMES! By the time they finally shut the school down, the thing the kids knew most about was police raiding procedure.

2. Charter Schools take money away from Public Schools.
And cost more per student, to boot! In neocon eyes that automatically makes them superior.

3. in Chi-town, the publick skuules are pretty poor
