what is the name of the 70's vintage song (and recording artist) used in the commercial with the black guy with a "fro" and glasses runnning all about? Is it a motown song? I used to hear it as a kid and always liked it.

Overstock.com has the annoying chick with the faintly Germanic sounding accent.

The office supply place song is "Rubberband Man" by The Spinners.
