Outlook Question
I have to send an email to 600 recipients. I don't want all 600 addresses to appear on each individual email. Anyone know how I do this?

5. Use this ...

We've used this at my work and it's great. You can get a free 20 day trial version and it's fully functional.

If you do a lot of this, you may want to drop the money for a license. It's well worth the money.

2. bcc: them
:D

You'll have to put your address in the TO: line, but you can send he rest BCC:

When you open the email, click on View-BCC Field and put your address in that field. The only address they will see is you address in the TO: field

Thanks. That worked good. Except, I would like each individual email to show the intended individual recipient. I think there is a way thorugh mail merge in word. I'll look for a way to do that. Thanks again.
