Six former patients testified that Hall used a syringe to squirt a foul-tasting substance that he said was a dental solution into their mouths and told them to swallow. They said they believe it was his semen. Police searched the dental office and said they found syringes containing Hall's semen.

Hall has acknowledged he kept syringes of semen in his office. He said he was tracking the side-effects of a hair growth drug he was taking. The drug's potential side effects included diminished semen production and low sperm count.

Former employees testified before a dental board investigative panel they found syringes of Hall's semen in his office.
