More on my weird mood...
My weird mood of the last few days (weeks, months, whatever) continues unabated today. Unfortunately, I think it's carrying over into work. I'm a bit more...giggly...than usual.

Today , already, I got asked:
¥ If I had too much coffee this morning (no more than I usually do)
¥ÊIf I was on drugs (by my boss, in a meeting, hopefully he was joking)
¥ If I had a secret (I smirked, laughed, said no -- and now one of the more gossippy people here thinks I'm hiding something. :eyes:)
¥ÊWhat was so damn funny (twice)

So, what's a good weird-mood remedy?

1. LBN forum
I recommend stories on Nortel's recent press release or the current situation in Najaf.

Enjoy! :(

Yeah, that'll do it.

How's your car...did you get jumped?

13. No, didn't get jumped, sadly. ;-)
But I think it's just a blown fuse. Hoping I can just stick a new one in there and be ready to roll... however if it's a short that needs professional attention - there goes my bonus. :(

Stupid cars... I really need to get a job within walking distance.

That way you really will have a secret and you won't feel out of sync.

16. My fault. I'd forgotten to lock it.
Still, I live in a very safe, distant suburb and it was right on my porch.
On the other hand, it cost $195 and was made of lead. Could be worse.

Maybe they'll return it? I've had that happen. Crappy bikes have a way of coming back to me, it seems. :)

18. It's probably been ditched somewhere.
The front brake is a piece of shit, and the left pedal has a habit of falling off.

(No, mods, I'm not advocating bodily harm to someone -- just a good scare, maybe some bruises.)

I'm not that bothered. If I really cared about it, I'd have locked it up. It was jinxed.

10. an extremely high dose of exercise
every time i'm feeling in a really weird mood (or really hungover), I get a lot of cardiovascular exercise (i.e. go running for a 1/2 hour or for a really long bike ride). Afterwards, I always feel better (but maybe that's just me

I'm at work now, though, so I can't really do much (no locker/changing facilities here). Thanks for the advice, though. :hi:
