Has anyone heard from Nikia?

who said she'd give updates, if nikia allowed it...what i remember, posted on the orig thread was that nikia had gotten some meds adjustment, was able to take some liquid, and the md was trying to get her in earlier

I know what it is to have medical bill and no money, so I know how tempting it is not to take care of a problem.
I hope she listened and went to the hospital.

9. i don't know how old she is

or what her experiences are, but gut problems are serious. i understand though the fear of a large large medical bill. i lost a great deal of my gi tract, based on the money fear, and not doing something in a timely fashion.

10. Had a similar problem last summer

basically it turned out to be a runaway UTI. :hurts: I did wind up in the ER one day because my bp was so low and I was so dehydrated.

I'm still paying off the bills associated with it. :P

11. you lost part of your GI tract?

How are you doing with that? Are you able to eat, keep weight on?

13. I just heard from Nikia

She's feeling a little better and has been holding down fluids. She's seeing another doctor tomorrow who will hopefully be able to find out what's wrong. I'll keep everyone posted.
