his great leap backward and Cultural devolution killed tens of millions. Pinochet and Bush are amateurs in comparison.

I really like how he gathered all the intellectuals, told them to come up with new, better ideas, then had them all shot or put in prison.

Beria might also make the list. Himmler, too.

The Pol Pots of the world get all the endorsement deals. I'm fascinated by the guys who find an niche of evil and mine it like Loretta Lynn's daddy.

Off the top of my head, I would nominate Joseph McCarthy for the farm team. Ty Cobb would be in the minors somewhere as well. J. Edgar Hoover and Roy Cohn.

Bundy would get the serial killer division title I think, because of the sheer randomness of his rage.

11. Ronald Reagan and he would crack my top 10

His policies alone have caused millions of death:

• Central America
  
• Afghanistan (we trained the Freedom Fighters which became Al-Qaeda)
  
• Saddam Hussein - who do you think gave him those WMDs - Reagan's administration
  
• AIDs - I plop this one right on Ronnie's lap. He refused to do anything about it because it was the "Gay Plague" even though research showed that it was being passed through many many other avenues other than Gay Sex.
  
• George W. Bush - folks, Bush is not evil, he's a moranic puppet who was to be elected to help continue the Reagan Administration. If Ronnie never was president I can almost guarentee that neither Poppy or Chimpy would have occupied the White House
