Doing the SAME DAMN THING Freepers tried to do with Michael Moore...lawsuits to keep the theaters from airing 9-11...filing FEC complaints...all of this crap will generate MORE COVERAGE and MORE MONEY for the Switftvets book!!!

Not only that...but if Kerry wins this little suit, it will set a precedent allowing Bush to ban anti-shrub books from liberal authors, and to sue groups like MoveOn.org for airing their ads about him.

All around BAD for free speech...

and GOOD for Swift Vet publicity.

Going to the FEC is a tip-off that the odds are extremely high that nothing is going to happen with this--indicating that the complaint was probably filed so that people would believe that Kerry is "fighting". Hey--it worked--it pumped the people up (especially the ones who don't know much about the FEC)...but don't get your hopes up expecting anything else to happen.
