6. No, but I live in Pittsburgh
and they practically give RR away here. I think it was $13 a case with a $3 rebate.

I went with the Yeungling Black and Tan

9. I recently found a local liquor store
that actually carries good brew! For a long time, I had to drive a half hour just to find a decent microbrew!

This guy's great...he'll order anything you want, and he keeps a continually changing supply of interesting brews on hand.

10. well if you are ever in Pittsburgh
I have a place for you - a small bar owned by people who own a nearby beer distributor, but their back- room is chock full of many, many imports and micro-brews and what have you. It is like a candy store. They also have CHicago style hot dogs, if you are so inclined, which I am not.

24. that would be very cool
it is wonderful. There are a fair amount of other places here - bars and microbreweries with great fare, but this place is very small, intimate and close to where I live.

12. I'll second that, mopaul
Guinness- roast beef in a cup.

The green? Kind in a bowl.

I also like Sweetwater 420, though. It has a spicy taste. Can't deal with impotent American beer otherwise.

21. I bought some Sierra Nevada Pale Ale today too...
Have you ever tried a pale ale named "420." I went to see Sonic Youth play in Asheville last night and the bartender recommended I try it. It was an amazing beer, but watch it, it is real strong. I get really drunk without meaning to do so. Luckily, I remember the concert. Anyway, here is the link to the beer if your intersted. I am not sure you can get it outside of the southeast. It is brewed in Atlanta

Or anything that's on sale, though I've never liked guinness much. Only because it seems a little short on fizz.
