My update

I apologize for not updating you all earlier.
I saw a new doctor on Friday. I had a couple tests done. I have a small kidney stone which may or may not be the cause of my symptoms. He did a number of blood tests, which show that despite my lack of food intake, I am am not too bad off blood chemistry wise. My blood pressure was 122/82, pulse 64. I am drinking fluids and was able to eat a small amount of soup on Thurday. Yesterday, I seemed to backslide after the kidney x rays with contrast dye. I am feeling better than then though so far this morning.
I thank all of you for your concern. I hope to be on my way to recovery.

1. My husband has had kidney stones

They are no picnic, but they can be treated. I hope that, in your case, they pass naturally; if not, ultrasound can break them up without being invasive. My very best wishes for a speedy recovery!

Hopefully it's just a kidney stone, and you can get rid of it and be good as new! Glad to hear you're a little better, hang in there. :hug:
