It was during the primaries...and Kerry was speaking to a group of people after his speech. He was talking to them and while he thought his mike was turned off, he told them that the people in the Bush campaign were "the biggest bunch of crooks and liars around".

Boy, Kerry sure knew what he was talking about, didn't he?
