I appreciate it.
First time in 3 days I have not been too dizzy to ride.
6 miles and I had 199/93.
I am a bit frightened, to be honest.

This medication is not working.

I have a huge list of things to do because my family is visiting next weekend. I have to hide all the porn. :-)

I wasted the whole morning on DU, broke my diet and ate lunch at KFC, promptly got food-poisoning, and ended up watching Sister Act 1and 2 because nothing else was on.

On the plus side, I got some laundry done.
