How difficult is it to get tickets to an inaugural ball?

Are those resevered for the big money people?

I'd dearly love to attend one of John Kerry's inaugural balls. It would be so cool, wouldn't it? :-)

Ok, the election isn't even here yet. But it's more than a reasonable possibility...
