Ok they spend twenty grand on new excersize equipment. Then they stick it in the lunch room

I have figured out a breakdown for what HR people get paid:

"I will keep your resume on file " 60% of paycheck
"No openings that match your qualifications" 30%
"Anything you tell me stays in this room" 10% and an outright lie.

They ARE idiots.
They DON'T mean well.

I had an interview today. Just an hour with HR guy (such a waste)
He was 20 minutes late. He doesn't understand much about the subject matter. Net result - a lot of pointless irritation.
