WAAAAHHHH!!! I WANNA GO BACK TO THE GYM!!!!
I fucked up my back 1 and a half weeks ago, and since then have been recuperating. It still hurts, and I would even say I should stay out of the gym....but man this is KILLING ME!!!!

Inactivity is driving me nuts!

1. Can you take walks at least?
Are you seeing a physical therapist or a massage therapist?

3. I can take walks
I can walk, and usually by the end of the day I walk without a limp. I'm seeing a physical therapist, but I'm just getting antsy.

I usually stay really athletic so sitting around and doing nothing is hard for me...

5. Swimming is good
What type of PT are you getting? Ultrasound? Traction?

Are you feeling any better?

6. Ultrasound
With massage therapy, then stretching and electro-stimulation. Its working a little, but the main thing that has worked has been the Naproxen and Vicodin...

8. What about traction?
That was the most helpful for me.

10. Is traction where the PT pulls your legs towards them?

12. I was actually in traction
A machine did the pulling. Feels VERY good if you have compression in your discs. Ahhh.

9. You must resist
If you do anything you shouldn't you may end up laid up for even longer, so don't!
