And I misspelled a few. But I think that's still pretty good, considering many people don't even know the capital of their own state... lol

7. Do you mean state capitals or national capitals?
Our National Capital has been at Philadelphia, then New York, then Washington.

Our state capitals:

Maine: Augusta
New Hampshire: Concord
Vermont: Montpelier
Massachusetts: Boston
New York: Albany
Connecticut: Hartford
Rhode Island: Providence
Pennsylvania: Harrisburg
New Jersey: Trenton
Delaware: Dover
Maryland: Annapolis

I could go on, but am getting tired typing. Didn't everyone have to memorize the names of the states and their capitals in fifth grade?

18. How you pronounce Louisville depends on who you are...
People that live in the city say "Looahvull", other people often say "Looeeville", and idiots say "Looissville".

"Looeeville" makes the most sense though, since no one would say "King Looah" or "King Loois".

17. Has anyone else noticed this?
When you're in elementary school memorizing state capitals (mainly places you've never been or seen) is it easier to remember them then, than after you've been everywhere?

I find myself thinking.. Is the capital of PA Harrisburg or Philadelphia?
