Gack! I'm prehypertensive!
Twice in a row now my blood pressure has been at 140/80 (last time being 2 weeks ago).

Guess I better get on the stick and diet and exercise more and cut back on the sodium.

Sigh....I don't know if I can handle HTN and HIV at the same time.

4. No...120-130 systolic 70-80 dystolic is normal.
Plus up until 6 months ago I consistently was at 120/70.

6. It isn't really bad and maybe it won't get too bad. It will go down after
Kerry is elected.

7. no doubt
Stress due to finals had my BP up over 140!
I'm sure seeing Kerry in the WH will also lower people's BP :)

8. Unless you happen to be a freeper that is...
Then you can expect to hear their veins and arteries bursting, particularly those in the forehead.
