1. His gold should be taken back...
since it was given to him by a judging error. It's only fair.

and if they won't do that then they BETTER give the korean who got a bronze a gold instead, if they let Hamm keep his despite not really deserving it.

2. I say he keeps his gold...
... and the other guy also gets a gold. Judges error and he based his routine on what he needed to win based upon the other guys score. Not their fault judges screwed up and neither should have to pay for it.

I would voluntarily return the Gold. I would never be able to look at the medal knowing that someone else really earned it.

6. I agree. Besides if he returns it that noble gesture will give him
greater glory. If he keeps it, the memory of the win will be tarnished by this unfortunate incident.

7. I vote that he wait and see what the officials decide.
If they issue a second gold, fine. If they don't, then he should trade with the other guy. I wouldn't want to keep a gold that was a mistake. He will be a hero if he gives it up under those circumstances.
