I'm sure you taste the sugar in processed foods more so now? Well, I'll have to fall back on the old printing/publishing standby - beer! Get some pages laid out and this frosty Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is all yours.

2. uh.... I will motivate you if you motivate me...
I am in a telecommuter black hole... i.e. I worked a whole day ahead of my deadline schedule... so I can either increase my lead on the work I have or do nothing... the urge to do nothing is VERY VERY strong.
