Thank you all so much for your sympathy about my Rottie
I was so devastated and you all were so kind. With no one here you all became family. I am already recieving the gift of here life, my husband and his son have not been on speaking terms for years mostly due to my husbands stubborness, but him leaving for work and realizing that he ran out of time with Brie has got him thinking that perhaps it is time to stop being so obstinate about his son. He is getting married in April and this sad event has opened the door for both of them as his son lost his beloved pet not to long ago. He is actually starting to think it does not matter who is wrong or right, everyone makes a mistake and forgiveness is the healthiest way to live, he figures if Brie can forgive him for not getting her to the vet he can move on with a relationship with his son. Sounds crazy but that is how much he loved that dog, and the whole family is encouraging both to think about unconditional love instead whose right and whose wrong.

1. I missed your post yesterday.
I am so sorry about your loss. I have a Rottie too--Jack, and I love him to death. He is a big baby and such a sweet boy. He's my boy. Its so hard to lose a loved pet, isn't it? Hope you have many memories to comfort you.
