Deliberate satire: I was in Seattle a couple of weeks ago, and someone was selling a Bush speech generator on refrigerator magnets (like the ones that you can use to make poetry). The same place also had a magnetic "dress up Bush in crazy outfits" set.

Over-the-top pro-Bush crap: the "Turkey Dinner" Bush doll, which if possible is even more awful than the Bush-as-pilot action figure

Oh, and I noticed that "Time of Crisis: DC 9/11" is being released next month (just in time for the Sept 11th memorial, how convenient) -- I actually feel sorry for the actors involved in the production. It's not even a well-made propaganda piece.
