Velma from Scooby-Doo. Nice *muscled legs under those thigh-high socks.

And...Val from Josie and the Pussycats. Eight years old in 1971 and that weird slo-mo shot of her in the end credits shakin' her tambourine wrecked my nerve. Diz-amn. Then the magnificently beautiful Rosario Dawson played her in the live-action movie. Good God!
