Happy Birthday Blair.



I've actually met Blair. Back in 1988 when I was stationed at the Pentagon, I volunteered to help out with the Special Olympics. I was running the info booth when I got the word that a special celebrity was going to sit tight at the booth until he was needed as the Grandmaster for the parade.

That celeb was none other than Blair Underwood, star of L.A. Law. He ws accompanied by his sister and during the half hour or so that he waited in the tent, he was nothing but gracious and courteous to all that stopped by. He happily signed autographs, chatted with all the athletes and family members and was generally a very pleasant person.

He have nothing but good things to say about Mr Blair Underwood. May he have the happiest of birthdays.
