Yuck!

I just cleaned the inside of my truck's windows for the first time in 8 years today. You wouldn't believe the crap that came off them. I'm amazed I could see out of them before. I got brown stuff off the front and sides and the back window had black stuff come off of it. I'm a smoker and it really got me thinking about that stuff being down in my lungs. I looked at my headliner on the driver's side closely for the first time and it has black stuff on it. Looks like it's time to seriously think about quitting smoking. And also cleaning my truck out a bit more often.

and you smell like cigarettes too! It's immediately noticable. Please quit now. You don't want to spend your last days tied to an oxygen tank gasping, do you?

It was hard but I don't miss it a bit.
