6. Not according to that website
It says 11/2004 in Japan (even specifically mentioning the theater chain), and 1/2005 in France. No other countries are mentioned.

If Ghibli handles this like it has handled previous releases, it could be up to two years before an English version is released (and they won't do a theatrical release until then), though you can probably watch it earlier by obtaining a subtitled version.

Though, honestly, Mononoke still rates as his best work to date and I'd like to see it re-released in the US. Spirited Away was more amazing visually, but the story was too predictable and wasn't nearly as moving.
