My mother raised me not to " hate " but ...
My mother raised me not to " hate " anyone , to accept everyone as they are flesh and bone but right now I really really HATE George W. Bush and all of his evil cronies ... I believe in peace no matter what but my tears over fallen soldiers have reaced the point of burning rage to the point that I am shaking . I volunteer for the Kerry Campaign and I feel that is not enough ... This has to end NOW .
Forget talking about " swift boats " and a war that happened 30 something years ago , you can not change it . By the time we start talking about Iraq and Afghanistan , I fear its going to be too late ...

I just read about Cuban_Liberal's nephew and I am torn to tears ... Dear God be with thy Children ...

1. Sometimes hate can be a force for needed change.
It's okay to hate the people responsible for this disaster, that took the life of Tony's nephew, that threaten Mari333's son, and all the other good, decent people caught up in the nightmare created by George W Bush. Goddamn bastards... :mad:

3. I guess I don't know what's next.
But there must have been times in our republic that seemed as dark as these times do, and somehow the good persevered. What can we do, except keep doing what we can?

4. If it's any consolation...........
In my 56 years I have never seen the Democrats this motivated and set on taking back the Presidency. I've worked on many campaigns and nothing even remotely compares to the fervor in our party at this time. We will WIN.

7. It's hard for some, very easy for others, to admit to hatred.
Hard for you, it seems. Hard for me. But I'm with you. I loathe the Bush administration.

:hug:

8. My hatred is very real.
It's a sin, to be sure, but it's very much there. May Bush and his entire cabal rot in Hell!

:grr::cry:
